Matchbox Mystery
The Magician shows the audience the big gold Spike right through a matchbox. He then takes out the spike and lets everyone see what was inside the matchbox by dropping the content right into the astonished spectators hand. The box of matches contained a heavy brass square. The ordinary spike had somehow penetrated right through a solid metal block!
Everything can be examined.
