Show 4 cards 3 faced down and a Ten faced up. Close the cards then give a magic gesture and when they are reopened 3 tens are now magically faced up with only one faced down.
The cards are closed again and passed through your hands to reveal that all 4 cards have amazingly changed into the 4 aces.
